Subscription Fees

Users may pay a monthly subscription fee to access enhanced features on DominoLeaders.com. This fee covers data storage, hosting, and presentation of your leaderboard profile and content to the community. Payment does not grant access to Domino! or any Flyclops products — those must be purchased or downloaded separately. By uploading clips, images, or stats, you confirm you own or have rights to share that content.

Content Submission

All profile pictures, social media handles, video clips, and Flyclops usernames submitted to DominoLeaders.com require manual admin approval before going live. Social media links must point to TikTok or YouTube Shorts channels with content primarily focused on Domino! gameplay. Off-topic or non-Domino-focused content will be rejected.

Community Guidelines

All user-submitted content on DominoLeaders.com must comply with our public Community Guidelines, which describe the categories of content that are not permitted on the platform (including sexually explicit content, illegal activity, harassment, hate speech, spam, impersonation, copyright infringement, and off-topic content). Each time you submit content for review, you confirm the content complies with the Community Guidelines in effect at the time of submission. The version of the guidelines you agreed to is recorded with the submission.

Sole Discretion and Non-Discrimination

DominoLeaders.com may refuse, remove, or reverse the approval of any user-submitted content at its sole discretion. Approval of a submission does not waive our right to remove that content later if new information becomes available. We apply our content standards uniformly across every submission and do not refuse content based on a user's race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, political view, nationality, age, disability, or other protected characteristic. Decisions are based solely on the content itself.

Appeals

If you believe a moderation decision was made in error, please email support@dominoleaders.com with the rejection notification details and a brief explanation. We aim to respond to appeals within a reasonable time and will reconsider the decision in good faith.

No Affiliation with Flyclops LLC

DominoLeaders.com is an independent, unofficial fan community. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to Flyclops LLC, and we are not a partner, agent, reseller, or licensee of Flyclops LLC. Domino!, the Domino! logo, and all related game artwork, audio, code, and trademarks are the property of Flyclops LLC. Any reference to Domino! on DominoLeaders.com is made solely for the purpose of identifying the game our community discusses (nominative fair use) and does not imply any endorsement.

No Commercial Use of Flyclops Content

DominoLeaders.com does not license, redistribute, host, sublicense, sell, rent, lease, or otherwise commercialize any content, software, source code, virtual currency, in-game entitlements, audio, art, screenshots, logos, or other intellectual property owned by Flyclops LLC. We do not connect to, query, scrape, reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access any Flyclops servers, APIs, or services. Subscription fees paid to DominoLeaders.com cover only DominoLeaders services (data storage, hosting, profile presentation, and community features) and confer no rights of any kind in or to any Flyclops product or service.

User Responsibility for Flyclops Account

If you provide your Flyclops username on DominoLeaders.com, you remain solely responsible for your Flyclops account and for complying with the Flyclops LLC Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Rules of Conduct. You represent and warrant that providing your Flyclops username on DominoLeaders.com does not violate any agreement you have with Flyclops LLC. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DominoLeaders.com and Vision Dev Stacks LLC from any claim arising out of your use, misuse, or suspension of your Flyclops account.

Stat Accuracy

Wins and losses displayed on the Flyclops Stats Leaderboard are self-reported by users and manually entered by DominoLeaders admins after best-effort verification against publicly available Flyclops profile information. DominoLeaders does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or current correctness of any Flyclops-derived statistic and is not the authoritative source for any user's Flyclops record. The authoritative record is maintained by Flyclops LLC inside the Domino! app.

Intellectual-Property Concerns and DMCA

If you are a representative of Flyclops LLC, or any other rights holder, and you believe content on DominoLeaders.com infringes your intellectual-property rights, please see our DMCA & IP Takedown page for our designated agent and takedown procedure under 17 U.S.C. § 512.
