Community Guidelines
Purpose
DominoLeaders.com is a fan community and professional networking platform built around the game of dominoes. These Community Guidelines describe the standards every piece of user-submitted content on the platform is expected to meet, including profile pictures, banners, usernames, display names, bios, social-media links, and video clips.
These guidelines apply uniformly to every user. They are written about content, not about the people who submit it. By using the platform you agree to comply with these guidelines and with our Terms of Service.
Content standards
The following categories of content are not permitted on DominoLeaders.com and will be rejected during review or removed if discovered after approval:
- Sexually explicit or adult content, including links to adult-content platforms or profiles whose primary purpose is the distribution of adult content (for example, OnlyFans-style profiles or nude or semi-nude imagery).
- Promotion of illegal goods or services, including controlled substances, weapons sales, fraud, or any conduct unlawful in the jurisdiction where the user resides.
- Harassment, threats, doxing, or targeted attacks against any individual, including the sharing of another person's private information without consent.
- Hate speech or dehumanizing language directed at a group on the basis of any characteristic, including but not limited to race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, nationality, age, or disability.
- Spam, scams, multi-level-marketing solicitations, or commercial solicitation that is not related to the domino community.
- Impersonation of another person, brand, or public figure, and unverifiable identity claims (for example, posing as a known professional player without evidence).
- Content that is likely to infringe a third party's copyright, trademark, or other intellectual-property right.
- Content unrelated to dominoes, gaming, or community networking. DominoLeaders is a topical community and off-topic submissions are rejected as a category, not as a judgment about the submitter.
These categories are descriptive, not exhaustive. DominoLeaders may decline content that, in its judgment, is inconsistent with the purpose of the platform even if it does not match a specific bullet above.
Acceptable platforms for social-media links
Social-media links must point to a recognized platform from the following list:
- TikTok
- X (Twitter)
- YouTube
- Twitch
- Discord
Custom domains and personal websites are not accepted at this time. The host portion of the submitted URL must match the selected platform; URLs that point to a different platform than the one selected will be rejected.
Anti-discrimination commitment
We do not refuse content based on a user's race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, political view, nationality, age, disability, or other protected characteristic. Decisions are based solely on the content itself and on whether that content meets the standards described above. We strive to apply these rules uniformly across every submission.
Submission acknowledgement
Each time you submit content for review, you confirm that the content complies with these guidelines and that you own or have the necessary rights to share it. The acknowledgement is recorded with the submission so that both you and DominoLeaders have a clear record of the version of the guidelines in effect at the time.
Sole discretion
DominoLeaders may refuse, remove, or reverse the approval of any user-submitted content at its sole discretion. Approval of a submission does not waive our right to remove that content later if new information becomes available. We retain final authority over what appears on the platform.
Appeal path
If you believe a moderation decision was made in error, please email support@dominoleaders.com with the rejection notification and a brief explanation. We aim to respond to appeals within a reasonable time and will reconsider the decision in good faith. Appeals are reviewed by a different admin than the one who made the original decision whenever practical.
