Social Media Data Rights Enforcement

If you wish to exercise privacy rights (access, deletion, correction, opt-out from tracking, etc.) regarding data held by social media platforms, you must contact those platforms directly. DominoLeaders:

• Cannot exercise privacy rights on your behalf with social media platforms
• Does NOT have authority to access or delete data held by social media platforms
• Cannot compel social media platforms to honor your privacy requests
• Is NOT responsible for response times or compliance by social media platforms
• Cannot prevent or stop tracking by social media platforms

What We Collect

When you sign up for DominoLeaders we ask for your Flyclops username (the public handle you use inside the Domino! mobile app). This is the only Flyclops-related data we collect from you. We do NOT collect:

• Your Flyclops account email or password
• Your Flyclops account ID, device ID, or any internal identifiers
• Your Flyclops in-game purchase history or payment information
• Your Flyclops chat messages, friend list, or game history
• Any other information from your Flyclops account

How We Use Your Flyclops Username

The Flyclops username you provide is used solely to:

• Display it on your DominoLeaders public profile so other community members can find you
• Display it on the DominoLeaders Flyclops Stats Leaderboard alongside any wins/losses our admins have manually verified
• Allow our admins to look up the corresponding public Flyclops profile during identity verification

No Connection to Flyclops Servers

Manual Verification

After you submit your Flyclops username, a DominoLeaders admin manually checks the publicly viewable Flyclops profile (using the public Domino! app or website) to confirm the username exists and appears to belong to you. This verification step uses only publicly available information and does not give DominoLeaders access to your Flyclops account.

Your Responsibility for Your Flyclops Account

You remain solely responsible for your Flyclops account and for complying with the Flyclops LLC Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. DominoLeaders does not control, warrant, or take responsibility for the Flyclops service. By providing your Flyclops username on DominoLeaders you confirm that doing so does not violate any agreement you have with Flyclops LLC.

Removing or Unlinking Your Flyclops Username

You may request removal of your Flyclops username from DominoLeaders at any time by contacting support@dominoleaders.com with the subject line "Unlink Flyclops Username". When we remove the linkage we will:

• Delete the Flyclops username from your user record
• Remove your row from the Flyclops Stats Leaderboard
• Delete any admin-recorded wins/losses associated with that linkage
• Process the request within 30 days (sooner where required by GDPR/CCPA)

Unlinking does not require deleting your DominoLeaders account; you can continue to use DominoLeaders without a Flyclops linkage.

GDPR / CCPA Rights

Your Flyclops username is treated as personal data subject to all rights described in the "Your Rights and Choices" section above, including access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, and objection. If you are a California or EU/UK resident, you may exercise the equivalent CCPA or GDPR rights through the same contact path.

DMCA / IP Concerns

Concerns about intellectual-property use on DominoLeaders, including any concern raised by Flyclops LLC or its representatives, can be sent to our designated agent. See our DMCA & IP Takedown page for the full procedure and contact information.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will:
