Referral Program Terms

Overview
DominoLeaders.com offers a referral program. Each registered user can generate a unique referral code and share it with people who do not yet have a DominoLeaders account. When someone signs up using your code, both you and the new user receive a bonus credit of in-app DominoCoins. Sponsored users may additionally earn an affiliate commission percentage on paid signups attributable to their referrals; that percentage is set by DominoLeaders and may change at any time.
By generating or sharing a referral code you agree to these terms and to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not generate a referral code.
Eligibility
- You must have an active DominoLeaders account in good standing.
- You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction (typically 18) to receive any cash-equivalent payout.
- DominoLeaders staff, contractors, and their immediate family are ineligible for affiliate-commission payouts.
How rewards are earned
- A referral counts as completed only after the referred person creates a real account, verifies their email, and remains in good standing.
- DominoCoin bonuses are credited to both parties on completion.
- Affiliate commission (if applicable) is calculated on the first paid subscription a referred user purchases. Subsequent renewals do not earn additional commission unless explicitly stated by DominoLeaders.
- Commission rates are set per-sponsor by DominoLeaders. You can see your current rate on your referral page; changes take effect for new conversions only.
Prohibited conduct
- Self-referrals. You may not refer yourself, alternate accounts you control, or accounts created under your direction.
- Spam and unsolicited messaging. Sharing your code via spam email, comment-spam, paid ad networks running on someone else's brand, or any channel that violates the destination platform's rules will result in disqualification.
- Misrepresentation. You may not claim DominoLeaders endorses you, that the program offers benefits it does not, or mislead people about the cost or features of any DominoLeaders subscription.
- Bots and incentive-fraud. Automated signup farms, incentivized fake signups, click-injection, cookie-stuffing, and similar schemes are prohibited.
Enforcement
DominoLeaders may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice: invalidate referral credits we believe were earned in violation of these terms, withhold or claw back affiliate commission, deactivate your referral code, suspend your account, and/or report illegal conduct to authorities. Decisions about referral integrity are final.
Tax responsibility
You are solely responsible for any tax reporting and payment obligations arising from rewards or affiliate commissions you receive. DominoLeaders may require tax forms (e.g. a W-9 in the United States) before paying out commissions over an applicable reporting threshold and may withhold payment until those forms are completed.
Changes to the program
DominoLeaders may modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time. Material changes will be announced and the version above will be incremented. Codes generated before a change remain governed by the version you accepted at generation, unless a change is required for legal or fraud-prevention reasons.
